The Minnesota Local Section of the American Chemical Society is pleased to announce the upcoming December 6th, 2018 Winter Social and Silent Auction at:
Can Can Wonderland
The American Can Company opened its doors in 1889. It proudly operated in St. Paul for over 100 years. After its closing, the building was taken over by artists who transformed it into a space that has something for everyone. The main attraction is 18 holes of an artist designed indoor miniature golf course unlike anything you have ever seen. There is also a vintage arcade to satisfy anyone’s inner child or children (family members welcome). From 6:00pm-8:00pm they host Trivia Mafia. Additionally, Can Can Wonderland offers milkshakes, slushies, beers, wines, cocktails and a 36 self-pouring cocktail and beer wall.
Throughout the social hour and after dinner, we will be having a silent auction to raise money for and awareness of Project SEED (details in the link below). Be sure to lock in your bid before the action closes! With all of these fun things, this is definitely an ACS social that you do not want to miss!
